RETURN POLICY

Returns

Thank you for ordering from ETHAN-YANG.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. All return items must be made within 21 days from the day of purchase. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all tags must be fully attached to returned items. All items must be returned in their original, undamaged box. Please understand that we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

All return must be authorized by ETHAN-YANG.com. Please email to info@ethan-yang.com with purchase order number and the description of the return items. Once we have received your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email.

Once your return package has been received by ETHAN-YANG.com. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

ETHAN-YANG.com is not responsible for reimbursement, compensation, international customs detention or the event that a return package is mishandled, lost or stolen. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirement.
